Material such as cesium, plutonium, or uranium whether or not it is enriched or not, to be employed as a dirty bomb.

This is something we want to feel about depending on the level and spread of radiation. Along with how significantly has gotten into the groundwater, and these are issues we should be thinking about.

Will the radiation trigger spontaneous evolution? There will be many birth defects, we know this to be a reality, and specifically there will be youngsters born with unfortunate diseases.
