Re-analysis of Biological Enzymes Originating from Micro-organisms

                     –To discuss the contradictions again

Abstract: The source of bio-enzymes and microbial role are a basic issue in the life sciences, and are well worth investigating. This paper, from the realistic angle and combined with the research results, found out the cause of the traditional conclusion of “no enzymes in large intestine”, and realized that the large intestine should have a function to absorb the enzymes though not to secrete them. At the same time, cleared the relationship among dietary fiber, microorganisms and bio-enzymes. The so-called functions of dietary fiber and enzymes were in fact the different forms of expression of microbial function, and thereupon then further explained the argument that the animal body (including human body) was impossible to generate enzymes by itself, and proved the conclusion that the bio-enzymes were originated from microorganisms and microorganisms still played an intermediary in the substance transformation in vivo.

Around the traditional theory of the enzymes originating from the body cell’s own synthesis, the previous papers have listed many contradictions, and come to the conclusion that the enzymes came from microorganisms and microorganisms played a medium role in the substance transformation in vivo and in vitro. However, some people, who have been receiving the education of traditional theory, are very difficult to admit this conclusion, or even think it ridiculous, because zymogen or zymoprotein looked synthesized and secreted by the body cells, not coming from microorganisms. In order to further clarified the problem, we still need to further explore this issue.

2. Various contradictions in the traditional biological metabolism and substance cycle

The discussion on in vivo and in vitro is by no means a simple meaning of the words, but would involve the understanding and application of some basic concepts in life sciences and would cause a series of changes. At the same time, it can provide a breakthrough of some contradictions and doubts that we face and enable us to suddenly see the light.

Upon a new understanding of the concepts of in vivo and in vitro, we can be aware not only there are some vague wording at present in life sciences, but also come to know the obvious loopholes in the traditional theory.

3. Two kingdom system and three kingdom system in the basic theory of life sciences

Since microorganisms were found in 1676, the basic theory of life sciences began to slowly form two major dividing lines. These dividing lines were very subtle and not noticeable, but on a careful scrutiny, they were very clearly, and had in fact formed two kingdom system and three kingdom system in the basic theory of life sciences.

3.1. Basic theory of the modern life sciences belongs to two kingdom system on the whole
