How your Biological Clock Influences your Mental and Physical Performance

All of nature has a rhythm. Birds fly south and the leaves of trees changes color as if following some mysterious cue from a master timekeeper. We are no diverse. Our bodily functions and our brain follow a definite rhythm. This affects our thinking ability and mental capacity to bear in mind and concentrate.

At specific times of the day, our rhythm reaches a peak, even though at other times, it is low. Our body temperature fluctuates according to this rhythm, as does our blood pressure and the level of specific hormones in the blood. Our body’s functions according to a fixed time plan, which is slightly various from person to individual. Our every day rhythms are dictated by the rotation of the earth around its axis every single 24 hours. Nonetheless, our biological clocks run slightly slower than the earth’s rotation’ for most people, an inner day has about 25 hours.

Treatments of Arthritis the Biological Way

Conventional drugs are chemically synthesized. Of the four presently licensed biologics, 3 support reduce inflammation and structural damage of the joints by blocking a substance referred to as tumor necrosis factor (TNF), a protein involved in immune system responses. Elevated levels of TNF are found in the synovial fluid of rheumatoid and some other arthritis patients.

The initial biologic to obtain FDA approval for patients with moderate-to-severe RA was Enbrel (etanercept). Initially, it was taken twice weekly by injection, but a once-weekly preparation is now accessible. Enbrel has been shown to decrease pain and morning stiffness and enhance joint swelling and tenderness. In 2000, the drug’s approved uses had been expanded to include delaying structural damage. Besides RA, Enbrel now has been approved for two other typical forms of arthritis: psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.

The two other TNF-blocking goods approved to treat RA are Remicade (infliximab) and Humira (adalimumab), a drug that provided the lengthy-awaited relief for Shirley by means of a 2002 clinical trial. All 3 TNF blockers have been demonstrated to improve physical function in studies of at least two years in duration.

Biological Non-locality, Neuro-Quantum Interactions and Psi

Experiential Phase of Psi modeling attempts to explain the psychological aspects of how and when human beings are able to utilize psi.  The means by which psi mediates details within an experient remains unexplained in its entirety.

Even so, several models have been presented that look quite promising including models involving quantum mechanical approaches to cognition, and memory models.

Such models of psi manifestation attempt to explain how extrasensory information enters the central nervous system or information processing center, and how the system deals with that data

In experiments involving two human subjects’ brains, EEG outcomes show that photic stimulated and non-stimulated participants undergo co-variations or state correlations.
